Lauren's Table

Check this out. We were waiting for Andy to come home from work. I was working on dinner and Lauren was playing nicely (wow) in her playroom. She told me to "come for dinner". I come around the corner and she has her table all set for us. I swear I did NOT help her with this. Lauren is my organizer. She is so amazing.

First haircut

And the baby mullet is history. Poor thing. I really didn't want to cut it...until I saw it...I mean really saw it when we were in church last weekend. Eeee. It really wasn't cute. Especially with her hair thinning. So...even though she can hardly sit up, we propped her up and cut about an inch off the back. It looks so much better and is so darn curly. She doesn't know the difference, but she'll thank us one day. ;)

Five Months

Claire is growing..growing..growing! She's so cool...like mommy's crushing on her little one..kinda cool. She's so different from Lauren in so many ways. It's really fun to see what she's going to do next. She can't wait to walk. And she is so into what we are eating. I had to stop and feed her in the middle of our dinner last night because she was drooling over my chicken. Unfortunately for her..all she ended up with was sweet potatoes. But I think she's ok with that for now. She still gets up at least once a night, but that's just because we haven't broken her of that. I kinda like having our middle-of-the-night dates. For now. Talk to me again in 6 months.
